Sound and Character of the Reverb Algorithms

Rev LX-24 includes eight reverb algorithms, among them Small Hall A, Small Hall B, Room A, Constant Plate, Vocal Plate, Large Hall B, Chamber and Perc Plate A. Its Decay, Damping and Pre-Delay controls shape each space, and Dry/Wet sets the blend.

The plugin can emulate 12-bit and 24-bit converters for a darker, warmer sound, or switch to a Modern converter mode for a cleaner result. Crossover and Offset controls adjust the bass response, and Mode Enhancement adds subtle pitch-shift modulation to the tail.

Advanced View and Workflow

The Classic view keeps the slider-based layout of the original hardware. The Advanced view adds an interactive visualizer for click-and-drag reverb editing, along with Ducking, Gate and Tremolo dynamic effects.
