It offers 13 articulations, three mic positions plus a pre-mixed Full Mix option, and an ensemble mode for 1 to 10 players. Sound, Articulations and True Legato

The library is built around 13 articulations, including Sustains, Staccato, Stabs, Bend Down, Octave Run Down and Up, Doits, Rise To Hit, Shakes, Trills, Swells, Crescendos and Falls. Each articulation has its own patch with a speed knob and an on/off switch, so you can adjust timing or reduce the memory load.

The patches use up to four velocity layers and three round robins. Vir2 recorded the transitions between notes for its True Legato option, which the developer says is meant to make solo lines sound natural. Era presets cover Modern, Retro (60s-70s), Vintage 1 (40s-50s) and Vintage 2 (20s-30s) sounds.

Mixing, Ensemble Mode and Effects

Three mic positions (close, near and room) can be blended on the Mixer page. A Full Mix option provides a pre-mixed stereo signal that uses less computer memory.

The ensemble setting lets you move from one player to ten, with Auto Divisi mode for more realistic section writing. The effects suite includes nine effects such as EQ, Cabinet, Saturation, Tape Saturator, Compressor, Limiter, Delay and Reverb, along with a set of effect presets.
