Playing Sections and Articulations

MOJO is designed so you do not have to choose an articulation before you play. Load an instrument and set the Ensemble knob to choose anything from a soloist up to a dectet. More than a dozen articulations load with the instrument and are switched with keyswitches. Sustains, stabs, staccatos, trills, slurs, shakes, octave runs, falls, doits and bends are included, along with tempo-synced swells and crescendos.

The first two knobs control the number of players and their playing mode, which can be polyphonic, monophonic or legato. These parameters can also be controlled over MIDI, so you can switch between a stacked section and a solo line within one track.

Riffs, Effects and Realism Controls

Beyond the core instruments, MOJO includes a library of more than 1,600 riffs spread across the twelve instruments. Each riff is recorded in a specific key and tempo, and it can be transposed and time-stretched instantly. The riffs sync automatically to the host tempo.

Humanization features add variation between takes, and the instrument includes character control that moves between mellow and aggressive playing, along with attack control for more percussive playing. Each core instrument also has built-in effects such as compression, limiting, reverb and EQ.
