Vocal Performance and Sound Design Tools

Aeris covers bass, tenor, alto and soprano solo singers as well as male and female choirs. Each group was recorded with true legato, and the vowel selector switches between Ah, Oh, Oo and Hums.

Four LFO slots can modulate volume, pan, high pass, low pass, bandpass and pitch, and two step sequencer slots add further pattern-based movement. The effects page includes a compressor, delay, chorus, flanger, distortion and stereo spread.

Pads and the User Patch

The Pads patch contains 146 custom pads organized into calm, uplift, distorted, tension, motion and effects categories. All of them were built exclusively from the choir and solo singer samples, and two pad engines can be layered or used on their own.

The User patch opens the instrument's backend so you can load your own .wav or .aiff files, including Acidized WAV and Apple Loop files for tempo-synced patches. Komplete Kontrol S-Series and Maschine integration is included for NKS-compatible hardware control.
