What Max Bundle Contains and How It Sounds

Max Bundle is a library of instruments and presets rather than a single synth. The included collection is organized around ready-to-use patches, grouped into categories such as pads, chords, synths and plucks. Each preset is built from multiple layers, and the layers can be mixed together with an XY pad, letting you blend several sound sources at once.

The library is sampled and designed for atmospheric and hybrid textures. Its patches cover styles such as ambient, chillout, electronica and film production, so it is most useful when you need pads, evolving textures and layered synth sounds for a track or score.

Workflow, Controls and Requirements

The instrument uses a flexible user interface that gives access to all parts of the sound. A built-in step sequencer setting can create rhythmic pulses directly within the instrument, which helps when you want a moving pattern from a pad or synth preset without a separate sequencer.

Max Bundle requires the full version of Kontakt. It will not run in the free Kontakt Player. Plan for substantial disk space and memory, since the library is large, and use an SSD with at least 8GB of RAM for the best results.
