01Overview

Gemini is a Kontakt instrument built around electric piano sounds. Muze bases it on the Classic MK I and MK II Stage Pianos and combines their character into a single instrument. Built-in effects shape the tone, and the interface gives control over the main parts of the sound. Sound Design and Layering

Gemini uses 45 sources, and each preset can have up to 45 layers. You can mix from 2 to 45 sounds at the same time, which makes it possible to build layered electric piano patches as well as hybrid sounds drawn from both source instruments.

The electric piano samples include main and release recordings across 10 velocity layers, so the response changes with how hard you play. Muze describes the instrument as capturing the character and response of the two legendary pianos it is based on.

Built-In Effects and Controls

Twelve built-in effects are included: compressor, delays, reverb, limiter, cabinet, gainer, rotator, stereo panner, a 3-band equalizer and more. These let you shape the tone inside the instrument without loading separate processing plugins.

The flexible user interface gives control over all aspects of the sound, so you can adjust the character of each patch directly.
