Sound Design With Eight Layers
LuSH-2 is built around its multilayer architecture. Assigning any or all of the eight layers to the same MIDI channel creates layered sounds, from subtle chorusing to aggressive combinations. Assigning layers to different keyboard zones creates keyboard splits, and a split-zone preset library is included to start from.
The modulation matrix lets you assign a source to a destination with an amount control, and the arpeggiator's MIDI output can also serve as a modulation source. This makes it possible to build sequences and progressions that change over time.
Each layer offers a choice of eight insert effect algorithms, with two insert slots per layer.
