Sound Character and Modulation Control
Fazortan 2 starts from a classic analog phaser sound, with the warm, sweeping movement associated with that hardware. The plugin runs two fully controllable LFOs, each with its own waveform, rate and depth. Where the hardware offers only triangle modulation, Fazortan 2 provides sine, triangle, hyper-triangle and random shapes.
Using both LFOs together produces movement that ranges from slow, even sweeps to rougher, gurgling textures. Small changes to the rate control can shift the character noticeably. The LFOs can also sync to the host application's tempo, so modulation can lock to the rhythm of a track.
