01Overview

Jewel Runner 49 is based on the Gem Sprinter 49, a 49-key Italian synthesizer that Galanti Group introduced in 1970. Soundiron recorded the instrument's articulations in wide stereo and direct line in. The library covers synth sustains, staccatos, FX pads and vintage drum loops in two microphone positions. Beyond the core instruments, it adds 20 ambience patches built from the source material and 20 sound-designed FX and ambient presets.

Sound Shaping Controls and Playability

The interface gives you control over volume, attack, release, transient offset, vibrato and octave layering. A Glide slider supports legato and portamento lead playing.

The LFO system offers selectable shape, modulation target, speed, intensity, tempo-syncing and fade-in time. You can choose from 13 low-pass, high-pass and FX filters, with modulation assignable to velocity, mod wheel, expression, after-touch, key position and step-sequencer table control.

An arpeggiator with a velocity sequencer table provides control over direction, note timing, swing, randomization and duration. A key and scale lock constrains notes to common scales for melodic composition and live playing.
