Sound and Sampling Detail

The piano is built from 1,716 samples across 88 keys, with an average of 10 dynamic velocity layers per key note and release. Pedal action samples add realistic sustain-pedal detail, and the close microphone position gives the tone a full, rich sound.

The library is stored as 24-bit, 44.1 kHz lossless NCW samples. The 4.6 GB of uncompressed content installs at about 2.57 GB, so it takes less disk space than the raw files would.

Effects Rack and Workflow

The FX panel provides a 10-bay modular chain with full routing control. You can choose from 18 of Kontakt's built-in DSP effects and arrange them in any order. Custom settings can be saved as your own presets.

The convolution reverb includes more than 100 natural and FX environments. Dozens of Snapshot Presets cover common use cases, and some presets include an adaptive arpeggiator.
