Vintage Mallet Sound and Sample Control
The instruments are built around a vintage, lo-fi character. Each instrument has an editable Sample Start parameter, which can be adjusted in the interface or with the Mod Wheel. This lets you trim the initial transient while you shape the sound.
An octave down switch transposes each instrument down by one octave, which suits the low, mellow register these bell and mallet sounds are designed for. A noise slider adds cassette-style noise separately from the notes, so its volume can be set independently and filtered with other parameters.
The developer says each note was denoised with a high-quality algorithm to avoid noise build-up when several notes play together.
