Modeling Amps, Cabinets and Pedals with AI
TONEX MAX lets you model your own gear using regular studio equipment. The developer says the process captures a rig from a prepared audio file of real guitar and bass signals rather than test tones, and a neural network then computes the model. Modeling can take as little as 5 minutes per model on modern computers, and you can choose between selectable levels of accuracy.
You can model single pieces of gear or complete chains, including distortion, overdrive, fuzz, EQ and boost pedals. A built-in assistant walks you through hardware connection and each step of the modeling process.
TONEX also works as an impulse response (IR) creator, and includes VIR cabinets with multiple IRs per cabinet.
