Sparkverb: Algorithmic Reverb Plugin by UVI

Sparkverb spans natural-sounding spaces through to infinite, shimmering ambiences. Its controls are kept to a minimum to reduce time spent searching menus, and every control is clearly arranged and labeled. An A/B comparison function supports fine-tuning.

The spectrum editor is the centerpiece of the interface. Decay is shaped per frequency band on a single canvas, so you can tighten low frequencies or lengthen highs without switching between separate panels.

Mutation and randomization functions help you discover new spaces quickly. Parameter locks on every control let you keep values such as mix amount or pitch modulation fixed while the rest varies.

Preset Voyager arranges your installed presets into a two-dimensional map at launch. Click and drag between preset nodes to interpolate new settings, and watch the controls update in real time. You can save the results as new presets.

UVI describes the DSP engine as extensively optimized, and says Sparkverb can be instanced near-limitlessly. This makes it practical to place it on many tracks and buses in a single session.

The plugin includes factory presets and offers fully continuous parameters, freeze, multiple operation modes, variable densities and multi-channel operation.
