RX 12 Standard: Update from RX 10 Standard by iZotope

Stems View splits audio into stems through Scene Rebalance, Music Rebalance and Dialogue Isolate, so you can apply RX tools to individual elements with precision. Each stem can be treated separately, for example to remove rustle from a lav mic or hum from a bass part, and Stems View then brings everything back together for export.

De-bleed has been rebuilt with machine learning. The developer says it detects and removes bleed between sources without needing a separate bleed reference track. A new real-time plugin version lets you clean a signal as you work.

Breath Control has also been rebuilt on machine learning and is aimed at detecting, reducing and removing breaths in vocals and speech.

Music Rebalance works as a real-time plugin or offline tool. It separates vocals, bass, percussion and other instruments so you can adjust individual elements of an existing mix, prepare a remix, or create instrumentals and vocal stems. The developer credits improved neural nets for cleaner source separation.

Dialogue Isolate uses upgraded neural nets in both offline and real-time modes. It is intended for cleaning speech for film, TV and podcasts, and for recovering vocals buried under noise and reverb.

RX 12 also brings a redesigned interface with a larger Spectrogram, a module search, and a resizable History panel.
