Master Assistant and Custom Assistant Flow

Master Assistant is the core of Ozone 12 Elements. It analyzes your track and proposes a mastering chain that you can adjust. The Custom Assistant flow lets you set a genre target or reference, choose which modules are included, and set loudness levels, so the resulting chain reflects your own preferences.

The Assistant View gathers your preset and assistant targets in one place, making it easier to fine-tune the signal chain without digging through each module.

Limiting, Balance and Processing Modules

The IRC 5 Maximizer mode is the most advanced limiting algorithm in the Ozone line, according to iZotope, and aims to raise loudness and clarity together. The Stabilizer module offers an adaptive mastering EQ with 25 new genre targets added in Ozone 12.

Transient/Sustain controls let you adjust attack and body separately and can be applied to any Ozone module. The Assistive Vocal Balance feature can place vocals in the mix with guidance from the Vocal Checker. Ozone also includes Vintage Compressor, Vintage EQ and Vintage Tape modules.
