MORPH 3 PRO extends the classic MORPH 2 with up to 11 morphing algorithms, a style transfer and file playback module, transient bypass options and a formant shifter. Morphing Algorithms and Sound Character

The plugin takes two input sounds and creates a new sound that carries characteristics of both. The developer's description of the morphing results includes seamless transitions, hybrid sounds and physically impossible instruments.

MORPH 3 PRO offers up to 11 algorithms. Four new algorithms, INTERWEAVE V3, IMPRINT SMOOTH, IMPRINT CRYSTAL and ENHARMONIC, sit alongside the full MORPH 2 suite, while FUSION and SONANCE are exclusive to the PRO version. The formant shifter provides a range of plus or minus 24 semitones.

Workflow Controls for Style Transfer and Transients

The MODELER module provides particle and granular synthesis based style transfer, along with straight file playback. A multi-zone mapping editor and analysis tools give finer control over MODELER in the PRO version.

The TRANSIENT BYPASS module adds the transients from the A and B inputs back into the morphed result, with its mix controlled by the morphing X/Y control. Transients can be boosted and can bypass the formant shifter for extra crispness. The interface is redesigned with a signal flow diagram and vector graphics that scale up to 200 percent for high-resolution displays.
