Lo: Kick and Low-Frequency FX Library for Kontakt by Soundiron

The library holds 176 kick and bass drum sounds grouped into five broad flavor categories. A second set of 271 bass stingers, boomers, drops and transitions is organized into eight categories, covering long low-end effect types.

The 23 ambient, atmospheric and tonal pad patches add sustained bass textures. They are split across one master bank and 13 custom FX preset banks, which suits electronic, downtempo and ambient productions.

Soundiron says the sounds were sculpted to be cohesive, so they can be combined with each other.

The 34 Kontakt instrument presets offer dozens of selectable articulations and performance controls. Available parameters include filter, pitch warping, vibrato and ring modulation, and Arp sequencing.

The multi-mode arpeggiator includes a step sequencer for pattern creation. A full multi-effects rack includes EQ, filter, phaser, flanger, delay, distortion and amp and speaker simulation. The convolution reverb offers 119 impulses, covering cathedrals, churches, chambers, rooms, halls and special effect spaces.

The samples are 24-bit / 48kHz uncompressed stereo WAV files and can be imported into other WAV-compatible plugins, samplers and DAWs.
