Cube: Office-Sound Percussion and FX Kontakt Library by Soundiron

Cube is organized into several content types. The Designed kits use heavily manipulated, modern sounds, mapped across a single octave with kicks on C and cymbals on the black keys. The Acoustic kits use less processed material, such as shuffles, crumples and crunches, meant to sit alongside the designed sounds.

The effects category holds the most characterful sounds that did not fit into the kits. Designed effects are grouped into categories such as anxiety pills, filing, insects, machines, robots, time warp, trash ball and water cooler. The library also includes tonal and textural ambiences to fill out a track.

The 23 instrument presets offer selectable articulations, attack, release, transient offset, filter type selection and resonant filter sweep. Dynamic swelling and a pitch warping option are also included, along with vibrato and ring modulation controls.

An arpeggiator provides multiple modes and step-sequencer pattern creation. A built-in multi-effects rack includes EQ, filter, phaser, flanger, delay, distortion and amp and speaker simulation. Convolution reverb offers 119 rooms, halls, cathedrals, chambers and special FX impulses. The controls are automation-ready in your host or in Kontakt's stand-alone mode.
