Arturia describes Clavinet V as a faithful recreation of the Clavinet D6, including its response, multiple pickup combinations, EQ rockers and variable mute. The model includes adjustable hammer hardness, hammer noise, key release noise, string resonance and pickup noise, so you can shape how the instrument feels and sounds.

A velocity curve editor and dynamics controls let you adjust how the keys respond to your playing. Advanced mode opens the model itself for deeper editing.

The built-in effects include wah, auto-wah, flanger, phaser, compressor, chorus, analog delay and overdrive, plus a vocal filter. You can change the order of the output effects. A modeled spring reverb and mono vibrato are also included, along with on- and off-axis microphone placement.

The interface can be resized for high-resolution and Retina displays. A preset browser supports search by name, tags, favorites, comments and playlists, and the plugin supports easy MIDI mapping.
