Sound Character and Recording Approach
Every sound was recorded on three different cassette decks, which gives the library its organic character and many small imperfections. Each instrument uses four or five dynamic layers, so playing softer or harder changes the tone.
The developer denoised every note with a high-quality algorithm to prevent noise from stacking when several notes sound together. A noise knob lets you add cassette hiss back in at your own level, and you can filter it separately from the instrument. Simulated round-robin in Kontakt makes fast note passages sound more natural.
