Bass Sounds and Character
Excite Audio says the samples were recorded from professional electric bass players using a range of bass guitars and recording techniques, from direct DI signals to studio amping. The sound design team then combined the recordings in the Phrase Player and processed them with the instrument's built-in effects and macros.
The library is organized into seven preset categories. Clean presets are smooth with no distortion, while Processed presets use heavier effects. Rhythmic presets focus on percussive slap bass, and Low Energy presets are slower and more spacious.
