Amp, Cabinet and Stompbox Models

The collection provides five amp models, from Metal Clean T to Vintage Metal Lead, paired with five 4x12 cabinets labeled Metal F, Metal T, Metal V, Modern M and Vintage M. Three microphones, Vintage Dynamic 20, Dynamic 421 and Dynamic 441, let you shape the cabinet sound before it reaches your DAW.

The stompbox lineup contains thirteen pedals, including Metal Distortion and Metal Distortion 2, Overdrive, Distortion, PROdrive, Big Pig, Wah 47, Feedback, a 10 Band Graphic EQ and several flanger and effect units. Three rack effects, Digital Flanger, Harmonator and Pitch Shifter, sit at the end of the chain for additional color.

IK Multimedia describes the gear as a collection of rare and hard-to-find models, including recreations of classic metal stompboxes and high-gain amp heads.

Presets, Sharing and Setup Requirements

The built-in preset browser saves the entire signal chain, and presets can be tagged with searchable, user-defined keywords and attributes. The online Preset XChange service lets users post and download presets shared by the AmpliTube community.
