Shaping Reverb Texture With Modal Controls
Temperance Pro works on the 12-note chromatic scale, so reverb energy can be emphasized or reduced on selected notes. The Temper and Range controls set how strongly notes are tempered and which octaves are affected. Target lets you apply tempering at the onset, during the tail, or both.
Note Width sets how far each note spreads within the modal field. Lower values give a purer tone, while higher values disperse the energy into a richer, chorused character. Position, Density and Offset add further shaping, with Offset moving the center frequencies of all modes by up to ±500Hz.
