SSL 4000E Character and AI-Assisted EQ Suggestions

The autoEQ uses EQ curves and analog character derived from the SSL 4000E channel strip. Solid State Logic describes the aim as adding grit and low-end weight to the signal.

On top of that processing, sonible's AI-assisted analysis listens to the audio and recommends EQ settings. Every suggestion stays editable, so you can keep the move, adjust it, or set it aside and work manually.

Profiles, Styles and Intensity for Faster Setup

Profiles tell the AI what it is processing, such as kick, snare or vocal, so the processing is tuned to that signal type. Unlike a fixed preset, a profile responds to the audio it receives.

Style sets the tonal character to Neutral, Warm or Bright. The Intensity control scales the effect from subtle up to 200 percent, which gives you a range from gentle corrections to bold moves. Together these controls give you flexible starting points that help keep tone consistent across sessions.

For less experienced producers, visual changes show where and why each adjustment works. This guidance can be switched off as skills develop.
