Reverb Architecture and Sound Shaping
FlexVerb uses algorithmic reverb with four types: room, hall, plate and chamber. Because early and late reflection types can be selected independently, you can pair the body of one space with the tail of another.
The 6-band SSL EQ shapes the frequency response of the reverb itself, so you can tame or emphasize specific ranges without adding separate EQ on the return. High and low pass filters and three-band reverb time multipliers add further control over the tail.
Solid State Logic describes the output compressor as a way to help the reverb sit in the mix. A lockable wet/dry control lets you compare presets at matched levels.
