Sound Design Tools for UI and Siren Sounds

Spacelab has a Multi-Oscillator section with up to 8 oscillators using sine, triangle and saw waveforms. Harmonics selection, an envelope and frequency shifting shape each tone.

A dedicated Siren-Alarm section handles police and ambulance style sirens, alarms and alerts. It offers up to 8 oscillators, distortion, echo and frequency shifting.

The Synth section includes 3 oscillators, 2 FM synthesis generators and a sub-bass generator, with an XY pad, 2 envelopes, frequency shifting and keyboard routing.

Random Playback, Effects and Recording

Random Playback triggers random values for selected parameters. A looped mode produces endless variations from one click, and you can set minimum and maximum values for the randomization.

The effects rack includes reverb, dual delay, pitch shifting with an envelope, and 4 plugin slots.

Spacelab can record in WAV and AIFF at up to 192 kHz and 32-bit. It also supports MIDI control from a connected device and saves and loads full session data.
