The walkie-talkie section adds distortion, high-pass and low-pass filters, a band-stop filter and a resonance filter. The radio section limits frequency bandwidth and adds resonance and band-pass filtering. Together they cover the typical band-limited sound of radio and phone voices.

The Fine-Tuning AFC module emulates automatic frequency control, tuning a virtual resonant circuit to the frequency of the incoming radio signal. Morse code tone and sound generators and a telephone dial sound generator add more elements for scene-specific effects.

The Noise Engine lets you design radio background noise and interference from up to six different noise signals, with FM generator parameters controlled through an XY pad and high-pass and low-pass filtering. Voice Lab adds these noise and interference sounds to your input, convolving the signal through six noise sources.

The sampler includes six pre-recorded radio sounds and lets you load your own, with pitch shifting. A master rack processes the final output through four VST/AU plugins, a three-band parametric EQ, high- and low-pass filters and sample rate and bit depth distortion. Multitrack recording can capture the input, the radio, telephone, noise and Voice Lab outputs and the master output on separate tracks at the same time, and MIDI control lets you operate the plugin from a MIDI device.
