Sound, Reverbs and Microphone Options

Just Add Drums says it recreated the reverbs associated with Andy Wallace, who mixed the Nevermind album. The Lexicon 480L and Lexicon PCM90 reverbs are emulated on dedicated faders, labeled Short and Long Verb. The snare reverb also includes a white noise layer.

Two additional microphones are included: a Shure Beta 91A on the kick, labeled condenser, and a Beyerdynamic M201 on the snare top, labeled dynamic 2. The developer notes these mics were not used on the original Nevermind recording, but they add tonal options to the library.

The instrument has a streamlined master section for quick access, and it also allows deeper editing of individual elements, including kick, snare, toms and cymbals. You can adjust every microphone channel separately.
