Audio-Reactive Filtering and Sweeps
The filter follows the level of the incoming audio, opening and closing as the signal moves. You shape its behavior with envelope threshold and decay controls, along with the frequency range set by hi and lo-cut sliders, resonance and cutoff steepness.
This makes it practical for squelchy, analogue-sounding bass and for adding motion to synth stabs and arpeggios. Used on a group of plucks, it can also help glue the sounds together.
