Stem separation and sensitivity control
Remix:Drums splits a drum loop or recording into six stems: kick, snare, hi-hat, cymbals, toms and other. Processing happens in real time, so you hear changes as you make them rather than waiting for an offline render.
The Sensitivity control is the main tool for shaping the separation. Acon Digital describes it as a way to fine tune the drum sound quickly. Output level meters on each stem show what each change does to the mix.
DAW automation is supported, so stem levels can be moved over time. In supported hosts, the plugin also offers multiple audio outputs for routing stems separately.
