Filter Slopes and Frequency Control

The high-pass and low-pass filters offer selectable slopes of 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 dB/Oct. The frequency control covers the entire audible range, so the same plugin can handle a gentle roll-off on a mix bus or a steep cut on a noisy source.

The filters are built to reduce low-frequency rumble and high-frequency hiss without dulling the parts of the signal you want to keep. Zero latency algorithms and double precision processing are included, and the plugin also offers analog saturation modeling and mono and stereo versions.

Notch Filtering for Hum and Cyclical Noise

The plugin provides five notch filter bands. For each band you can set the amount of signal cut, the cut frequency and the width (Q).

All five notch bands can be linked harmonically, which is the intended approach for common cyclical problems such as 60 Hz hum. Real-time analyzers show the spectrum as you adjust the filters.
