Granular Textures and Sound Design
Each of the two grain layers offers a global buffer for capturing audio, five playhead modes, and controls for grain density, size, direction, width, shape, pitch and spread. A chaos control adds randomness, and a Hi-Lo frequency range slider limits the band being processed. A visual graph shows the audio buffer along with the number, position and pitch of the grains.
Freezing audio lets you build drones and granular pads that keep evolving. A dedicated Space module adds an atmospheric hall reverb with length and mix controls to add cohesion to these textures.
