MFX Dynamics: Compressor, Expander and Auto-Panner Plugins

The TY-50 Dynamics plugin works as a compressor, an expander or a transient shaper. You can switch between these modes to match the job, whether you need to control peaks or shape the attack of a sound.

A sidechain input and a tilt filter let you control which part of the signal the dynamics react to. An automatic gain matching option helps you compare the processed and unprocessed sound at similar levels. A mix control supports parallel compression, and two visual metering modes show what the processor is doing.

The Modulating Panner is a stereo panner that runs free or syncs to your project clock. You can edit the LFO shape without limit, or start from the included preset shapes.

The plugin offers stereo and mono panning modes, plus a scan mode that crossfades between the left and right inputs. Offset and depth controls let you set the starting position and the width of the movement.

Use it to add rhythmic motion to pads, synths, drums or any other stereo source.
