Flute Sound and Articulations
The library includes multi-sampled sustains and staccatos in normal, trill and overtone styles, with multiple round robin. The sustains offer natural decay and infinite sustain, and an extended range sustain pad preset is included.
The Indian venu is a seven-hole flute carved from rosewood, tuned in C minor, which the developer describes as giving it a warmer, fuller sound than typical bamboo venus. The Native American plains flutes, in D and G minor, are described as mellower and darker, yet capable of powerful trills, overtones and chirps.
Two dry mic types, a cardioid and a condenser, and two hall positions, stage and far, each have independent volume and panning controls.
