GK Amplification 3 Pro is the latest version of Audified's Gallien-Krueger amp simulator. It brings three amp models, matching cabinets with woofer and tweeter options, and nine microphone models into one effect. A newly added Smart Gate and compressor sit alongside a reworked interface. Amp Models, Cabinets and Microphones

The plugin includes three amp models. The MB150 is a small, portable combo with extensive EQ controls and voicing filters. The 2001RB is described as the amp that defined the classic GK sound, with two channels, Bi-amp technology, and EQ and voicing controls. The 800RB is a transistor amp from the 1980s, offering flexible tone shaping and a variable crossover frequency.

Three matching cabinets each offer woofer and tweeter options. An A-B control lets you compare cabinets to find a pair for your sound. Nine industry-standard microphone models can be positioned by changing their angle and distance from the cabinet.

Gate, Compressor and IR Loading

The Smart Gate has a Learn function that sets the threshold in a few seconds. The compressor uses simple controls and is tuned for use in both home studio and live settings.

A built-in tuner helps you stay in tune. The IR loader lets you import custom impulse responses.
