01Overview

FURY is built around a semi-modular signal path split into DRIVE, DISTORTION and TONE sections. Each section holds several modules you can mix and match, which changes how each stage behaves. Heavyocity describes over 700 possible module combinations, giving you a wide range of distortion characters from gentle warmth to hard clipping and lo-fi crush. A modulation page adds LFO, envelope follower and step sequencer options, which can add movement, reactivity or rhythmic complexity to the distorted signal.

Modular Distortion Design and Shaping Controls

The Playground lets you build a custom distortion by choosing modules for boosting, mangling and tonality. Heavyocity says the combinations range from traditional distortion to unusual, experimental results.

The Shape page provides finer control over each module's parameters. Controls include a gate, feedback, and pre- and post-distortion EQs, so you can refine the tone after choosing the core distortion type.

Presets, Modulation and Sources

FURY includes 128 presets in six categories: Essentials, Drums, Experimental, Guitars and Bass, Keys and Synth, and Rhythmic. The presets are arranged by instrument and use type, which makes it easier to start from a relevant source.
