Cyberdrive: Multi-Module Distortion Plugin by United Plugins Free Download

Cyberdrive offers 64 distortion types across eight categories. Three categories focus on gear emulation: Classic for analogue hardware warmth, Pedal for guitar pedal character, and Amp for guitar and bass amplifiers.

Other categories cover more experimental territory. Modern includes dynamic distortions and wave-folding using multiband companders. Pixel provides bit-crushing, rate reduction and glitch effects, and Shape offers rectify and asymmetric clipping. Doom contains eight extreme custom distortions, while Freak explores ring modulation, FM and spectral processing.

The Control knob adjusts parameters unique to each model, so the character of each type can be shaped in detail.

Each distortion module has its own Drive and Mix, and the Order section lets you drag modules to reorder the signal chain or double-click to enable or disable them. Randomization can be applied to specific sections or the whole plugin, and changes can be undone.

The FEED module can send its output back into its own input or route other modules through its feedback path. It offers synced, millisecond and pitched delay modes for timing the feedback.

FX modules cover dynamics, tone, motion, profile and space. Motion includes chorus, flanger and tremolo, Profile includes cabinet simulation and metalizer, and Space includes reverb, delay and diffusion.
