Modes for Layering, Detuning and Harmonizing
Density has three modes. Basic Mode uses a few controls to build small or large ensembles from one sound, and it needs no prior experience to start. Detune Mode adds more advanced controls for the generation of grains and the movement of voices, which suits the feeling of multiple detuned layers. Pitch Mode creates groups of voices with separate controls for pitch, number of voices and gain, so you can harmonize a source much like a choir.
An XY pad lets you adjust two parameters at once with the mouse. Separate control of the input and the generated voices makes it easier to automate the gain of the generated layers during a performance or mix.
