The upgrade brings the Bloom library to 250 presets across seven categories, including drones, experimental sound design, full atmospheres, melodic material, rhythmic and chopped ambiences, synth-focused patches and noise-based textures.

The Bloom Sequencer triggers and layers one-shots and looping sequences. Its modulation section can automate pitch, volume and filter settings, plus three effects, to add movement to a track. Samples sync to the host tempo and can be set to a key, so new material stays in time with your project.

The Banks View lets you swap presets with drag and drop. The Randomise function switches samples at the click of a button, which is useful for finding new combinations quickly.

The Edit page offers start and end markers, playback direction and speed, choke groups, and pitch and formant controls for shaping imported or factory samples. The four macros (Lo-Fi, Modulation, Width and Submerge) control a chain of effects that includes delay, reverb, noise and filters.
