01Overview

Analog Lab Pro brings together a large library of presets from Arturia's V Collection in a single plugin. Sounds are sorted by type, style and genre, so you can search for a bass, a pad or a lead without digging through separate instruments. Each preset can be shaped with four macro controls, and the Library, Studio and Stage views cover browsing, sound design and live performance. It is available as VST2, AU and AAX, with a Standalone version also listed.

Browsing and Shaping Sounds with Analog Lab Pro

The browser is the core of Analog Lab Pro. You can filter presets by type, such as bass, pads or leads, by style such as bright or dark, and by genre including ambient, disco and techno. Presets can be tagged as favourites and collected into playlists with notes.

Each sound comes with four macro controls that stretch, twist or taper the patch on the fly. The Studio view adds effects and lets you combine two instruments as a multi, or layer and split presets across the keyboard.

Workflow with Controllers and Live Performance

Analog Lab Pro maps parameters automatically for Arturia keyboards and can map parameters to other MIDI controllers. The Stage view lets you perform from a prepared playlist using an Arturia keyboard, or send program changes from any MIDI controller.

V Collection and Pigments owners can open the full instrument from inside Analog Lab Pro, which makes the plugin useful as a front end for instruments they already own.
