EQ, Filters and Saturation on the Harrison Console Model
The four-band parametric EQ uses proportional Q, and the high and low bands can switch between shelf and peak modes. The overlapping mid bands let you shape the tone with a targeted approach.
The high pass filter runs from 25Hz to 3.15kHz and the low pass filter from 160Hz to 20kHz. Used together with the EQ, they can produce a wide range of filtering, from extreme sweeps to subtle cuts.
The Drive control sends signal into a saturator modeled on the console's Jensen transformer-coupled mic preamp, adding warm harmonic saturation. A drive meter shows the signal level feeding the saturator in dBFS.
