Sound and Character of the Reverb
Denise Audio describes Perfect Room 2 as a transparent reverb that keeps the dry signal in focus. Its Dynamic Room Response engine is presented as a clean acoustic simulation, so the tail extends the sound in time rather than adding its own resonances.
The Freq Profile control tilts the simulated room. Positive values emphasize the upper mids and highs, while negative values make the room darker. The Decay Profile control shapes the decay curve, from a softer, more linear fall to a steeper early drop-off. Width sets the stereo spread of the simulated room, with mono at 0%.
