MXXXCore is a multi-effect plugin from MeldaProduction that gives you the MXXX effect framework under a special licence. It includes only the basic building blocks, and additional processors unlock when you own the matching MeldaProduction product.
MXXXCore is a lower-cost way into MXXX, MeldaProduction's multi-effect environment. Its licence covers the basic processing modules, so you work in MXXX as you would with the full licence, but some processors stay locked until you own the product that unlocks them. MXXXCore is available in VST3, VST2, AU and AAX formats for Windows and macOS, and a trial is offered.
MeldaProduction says MXXXCore provides all of the modules that MXXX does, but processors are enabled based on your licences. If you own MSpectralDynamics, or any bundle that contains it, that processor is enabled in MXXXCore as well.
MXXXCore will not let you insert a processor you do not own, and it will not open a preset that uses one. Instead, it tells you which product you need to purchase to get that processor working.
Processors are grouped into categories including Modulation, Spectral, Equalizer, Dynamics, Reverb and Delay, Stereo, Distortion, Utility and Synthesis. Each processor lists the MeldaProduction product that unlocks it, such as MRotary for Rotary, MDynamicsLimiter for the Limiter, MConvolutionMB for Convolution, or MPowerSynth for PowerSynth.
Some processors can be unlocked by more than one product, and any bundle that contains a required plugin also works.

MXXXCore is available in VST3, VST2, AU and AAX formats. It runs on Windows and macOS and is 64-bit.
On Windows you need Windows 8, 10 or 11 (64-bit) with a VST, VST3 or AAX compatible host. On macOS you need macOS 10.14 or newer (64-bit) with a VST, VST3, AU or AAX compatible host. Both need an Intel or AMD processor with SSE2 support, and macOS also supports Apple Silicon.
Yes. If you own a MeldaProduction product that unlocks a processor, or a bundle that contains it, that processor is enabled in MXXXCore.
