Spectral Dynamics Processing and Sound Control
Unlike a conventional compressor, MSpectralDynamicsLE operates on individual frequencies. You can use it to reduce loud frequencies while leaving the rest of the signal alone. Eight base modes cover compression, expansion and gating, and the developer says the gate and de-esser functions remove only the unwanted signal rather than the whole audio material.
The plugin includes a custom processing shape option built on the MeldaProduction envelope system, which lets you draw your own dynamic response curve. A dry/wet control handles parallel compression without complex routing.
