Sound Design Tools: Oscillators, Modulation and Randomization
Each oscillator uses an adjustable shape system that mixes predefined waveforms, custom waveforms drawn with the MeldaProduction Envelope System, a step sequencer and several algorithmic post-processing methods. A harmonic mode lets you control harmonic content directly instead of the waveform shape, which the developer notes is especially useful for high-frequency oscillators.
MSoundFactory provides eight modulators that can each work as an LFO, level follower, MIDI or audio triggered ADSR envelope, randomizer or pitch detector. They can control other modulators and can listen to the plugin's sidechain. Multiparameters let you control several parameters from one control, and the randomization system offers full, subtle and smart modes, with the option to lock parameters you want left alone.
