01Overview

MReverb covers the full range of reverb sounds from small rooms to very large halls, using one algorithmic engine instead of separate plate, hall and room algorithms. Its spatial positioning view lets you drag the sound source, and the plugin sets the parameters needed to place it in the chosen room and position. A default interface with a few controls and a detailed advanced mode let you work quickly or go deep, depending on the task.

Sound Shaping and Modulation in MReverb

The reverb signal can be shaped with a fully adjustable 3-band equalizer. Each band can be set to one of seven filter types and includes harmonic control.

Four global modulators can be used in each instance to move any set of parameters, including other modulators. According to the developer, each modulator can work as an LFO, follower, MIDI or audio triggered ADSR envelope, pitch detector, or a combination of these. Integrated tube saturation adds a vintage analog character to the sound.

Workflow and Automation Features

The full randomization button generates new settings across a very large set of possible combinations. Holding Ctrl limits the change to a slight modification of the current settings.

Every oscillator and modulator can sync to host tempo. Any parameter can be mapped to a MIDI controller or keyboard with MIDI learn, then controlled in real time or recorded and automated. Presets can be saved globally and shared between projects, and the interface can be resized and styled.
