01Overview

MAutopanMB splits the signal into up to six independent bands and pans each one on its own motion, so different parts of a mix can move across the stereo field at different rates and shapes. The plugin offers a simple default interface with predefined modes for quick results, and an advanced mode that exposes its full set of controls. Multiband Panning and Oscillator Shape

The plugin uses 1 to 6 fully configurable bands, built on three crossover algorithms: analog, linear-phase and hybrid. Each band has adjustable limits and input gains, and peak meters show activity for every band and the master.

Panning motion is set by an oscillator whose shape you can continuously adjust. Each oscillator is a mix of predefined shapes, custom waveforms drawn with the MeldaProduction Envelope System, a step sequencer and several algorithmic post-processing methods. Oscillators and modulators can sync to the host tempo, so the movement stays locked to your project.

Modulation, Control and Workflow

Four global modulators per instance can target any set of parameters, including other modulators. Each one can work as an LFO, follower, MIDI or audio triggered ADSR envelope, pitch detector, or a combination of these.

The full randomization button generates new settings, and holding Ctrl limits the change to small adjustments of the existing settings. Any parameter can be mapped to a MIDI controller with MIDI learn, controlled in real time, or recorded and automated. The interface can be resized and styled, and presets can be saved globally and shared through an online preset exchange.
