Five Guitar Characters and Their Effects

GTi is organized around five characters: Clean, Clean Chorus, Heavy, Thick Rhythm and Soft Flange. Each one has its own set of effects tailored to that tone, so you pick a starting character and shape it from there.

Clean and Heavy are the two modes the developer highlights for rhythm guitar. Clean Chorus is designed for a wide, chorused spread, and Heavy is aimed at crunched guitars that need to cut through dense arrangements. Thick Rhythm is meant to make rhythm parts sound livelier. GTi also includes classic rotating speaker and vibrato effects.

Tame Control and Drive Handling

The Tame parameter controls peaks and thickens the body of the sound, which helps when a guitar tone feels spiky or thin in a mix. GTi also handles being pushed into the red, adding more crunch when you drive the input harder.

With 34 included presets, you can start from finished tones and see how each character responds before building your own settings.
