Mixer, Effects and Sound Character

Harmonix includes a full mixer where each of the three instruments can be controlled separately. Per-channel controls include load and purge, pan, volume, mute and solo, stereo width from full stereo to mono, a doubler, and an output selector for routing channels in your DAW.

The library's effect script lets you insert a separate effect chain on each channel. Available processing includes EQ, several compressor types, chorus, flanger and phaser, distortion, saturation and tape emulation, algorithmic and convolution reverb with more than 40 custom impulse responses, and amp simulators.

Sequencer and Round-Robin Control

A built-in sequencer and arpeggiator includes seven ready-made presets. You can adjust tempo, steps and mode (up, down, random or as played) to create patterns. Each instrument has its own sequencer table that can be drawn, or set to play in unison with the Unison knob.

The settings page covers round robin, dynamic range, velocity curve and envelope. The instruments were sampled with four true round-robin repetitions, and you can choose how many to keep in memory to reduce RAM usage.
