Sample Layering and Time-Stretch Options

CR8 lets you layer up to eight samples to build dense sample textures. Five stretching modes are available: Voice, Beats, Melodic, Harmonic and Classic. Each suits a different kind of material, so you can match the stretch behavior to a vocal, a drum loop or a tonal sample.

Playback controls include Easy Loop, Reverse and Freeze, which let you change how a sample sounds in real time. Key and BPM detection help keep sampled material in sync with your session tempo and key.
